The challenge
The founder was managing SaaS metrics across 4 different tools (Stripe, Mixpanel, Notion, Sheets). No unified real-time view to drive growth. Important decisions were made with 48h data latency.
Our solution
Trackr unifies MRR, churn, activation, NPS and funnel in a single dashboard. We built an event-driven ingestion system with Redis Streams processing 50k events/day with < 2s latency. Drag-and-drop configurable interface, Slack alerts built-in.
