The challenge

The client was selling high-end pieces on a generic platform that didn't reflect the brand positioning. The product return rate exceeded 30%, mainly due to unmet expectations around materials and cuts.

Our solution

Full redesign into a bespoke custom store: WebGL 3D viewer for each piece, personalised size guide by body type, and optimised checkout tunnel (Stripe + Apple Pay). Result: -18 points on the return rate in 3 months.
